0.2 update released. Zombies!

Version 0.2 released.
Zombies are now able to spawn a certain distance from Miko. Zombies can be killed by swinging the sword.
Miko can take damage when coming in contact with Zombies. Miko will die when HP reaches 0 and the entire game will reset. Lives and score are not implemented yet.
